A current, real-time check-in about how you feel about yourself, your image, appearance, behaviours; assess your current state of mind and relationship you have with your personal narrative and inner critic.

RELATIONSHIPS

Look at what you value the most in your friendships, family, and romantic relationships. Assess how you currently enjoy giving and receiving love, affection, and care vs. how you would like some of these to change.

PLEASURE

The role pleasure plays in your relationship with yourself, romantic partner/s, family members, and friends. Notice whether the presence & significance of pleasure in these relationships affect your sense of fulfilment, happiness, mood, etc.

THE TRUE YOU

Allow yourself to delve a bit deeper than your current state of mind, but get to the source of misalignments and feelings of being out-of-sync and dissatisfaction.
